Objectives

​CTA aimed to modernise its station environments with digital passenger displays that deliver comprehensive, up-to-date information to riders. Inspired by systems seen in London, CTA sought flexible units capable of displaying multi-slide content on a single screen and accommodating both stand-alone and wall-mounted installations. Accessibility was a priority, with ADA compliance non-negotiable.

Implementation & Collaboration

Future Systems supplied the units, coordinating closely with the prime contractor and CTA to ensure smooth integration. Design specifications were shared early to streamline wall-mounted installation. Despite unexpected tariff changes, we absorbed extra import costs to meet the April 2025 delivery deadline.
