Our Projects

Winnipeg Transit

The Winnipeg Shelters and transit stops exemplify the powerful applications of modern smart technology. With the ability to add features such as solar power and high-visibility lighting, the Winnipeg infrastructure demonstrates the key advances in transit signage technology that have taken place over the last decade.

The shelters were designed to suit the extreme temperatures faced in Canada, benefiting from roof ventilation, heated seats. The shelters are also fully enclosed with 2 way swinging doors and have adjustable wind skirts to eliminate drafts. The shelters supplied came in a variety of sizes and also feature overhead LED lighting and have ADA compliant power doors.

The shelters and stops are approved by the Federal Highway Administration (NCHRP 350) and is fully compliant with ADA guidelines, ensuring an inclusive, safe and durable experience for all including the elderly and disabled.
